Learn about Mindful Self-Compassion and support a Little Free Food Pantry
Please join me for three hours of mindful self-compassion practices on Saturday, February 17, 2024, from 9:00 – 12:00, at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church at 20900 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock. Our morning will begin with a grounding practice, followed by information about mindful self-compassion. We will then spend the remainder of our time engaged in gentle mindful self-compassion practices. This workshop is being offered on a “come as you are, give what you can” basis with all donations going to support the Little Free Food Pantry at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church. Those who attend must register in advance so that I know how many to expect. You may donate by PayPal or Venmo or simply donate cash on arrival at the workshop and I will use all donations to purchase items for the pantry. You may also purchase items for the pantry and bring them to the workshop. A list of items that the pantry needs is below. Social workers, counseling professionals, and others who would like CEUs may request a certificate for three CEUs and will receive them after donating a minimum of $30.00 by PayPal or Venmo prior to the workhop and attending the workshop. Click here to register for the workshop by Thursday, February 15, 2024..
